Coronavirus Numbers for November 3rd

Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:

The state has seen a total of 232,296 positive cases (an increase of 3,433 over the previous day) and 2,050 deaths, an increase of 3 over the previous day. Of the positive cases, 11,597, or 5%, have been hospitalized. In total, Clark County has seen 1,045 positive cases. For our neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 2,033 positive, Eau Claire has seen 4,095 positive, Jackson has seen 605 positive, Wood has seen 1,959 positive, Marathon has seen 5,577 positive and Taylor has seen 564 positive.

Clark County has had 18 people die from the virus; Marathon has had 61 people die from the virus; Chippewa has had 24 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 21 people die from the virus; Wood has had 10 people die from the virus; Taylor has had 7 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had 2 people die from the virus.
