NTC GETTING GRANTS

A local tech school is benefiting from nearly $2-million in federal grants.The U.S. Department of Labor recently announced Northcentral Technical College will receive around $1.9-million over three-years for worker training.
The funding will be used to develop regional sites, including Spencer, with focused manufacturing training.
Local manufacturers have said they face a shortage of skilled workers.
