Boon is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Boon

Age: 5-months-old

Breed: Short-haired, orange tabby

Boon is the Pet of the Week this week! Boon came to CCHS when he was found as a stray in the Stanley area. He is an awesome boy with a very positive and fun-loving personality. He is a handsome short-haired Orange Tabby and is a little over 5 months old.

Still being a kitten, Boon loves to play. In fact, his goal is to play his way through life. There's just so many toys he needs to take care of! Boon is very social with people, too, and loves lots of attention. He enjoys meeting people and making new friends.

He's living in Kitty City at the Shelter, so gets along well with other kitties, too. Boon could be the perfect new addition to your family! You can submit your adoption application for Boon on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, with an especially amazing selection of dogs and puppies, so be sure to check them out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Boon, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
