Coronavirus Numbers for December 14th

-For local coronavirus numbers:

Clark County has seen a total of 2,506 positive cases, an increase of 63.  Of those, 199 are currently active.  Clark County has had 44 people die from the virus.

The state has seen a total of 436,773 positive cases (an increase of 2,757 over the previous day) and 4,056 deaths, an increase of 15 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 19,249, or 4%, have been hospitalized.

For our other neighboring counties:

In total, Chippewa has seen 5,424 positive and 60 deaths.

Eau Claire has seen 8,486 positive and 65 deaths,

Jackson has seen 2,062 positive and 6 deaths.

Marathon has seen 10,930 positive and 142 deaths.

Taylor has seen 1,461 positive and 13 deaths

And Wood has seen a total of 5,003 positive cases and 31 deaths.
