Forest is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Forest

Age: 8-Weeks-Old

Breed: Mixed Breed (Australian Cattle Dog/Beagle/Chihuahau/Rat Terrier)

Forest is the CCHS Pet of the Week! Forest is a cute little guy who is a mix of Australian Cattle Dog/Beagle/Chihuahua/Rat Terrier, or so we were told! He was surrendered from a local farm where there were too many puppies.

He came to CCHS with 7 siblings, too, and they are all just as cute! Forest has a short-haired coat that is white, brown and black. He is 8 weeks old and isn't very big. He is a sweet and gentle puppy with a loving personality. He's hoping to find his new forever family soon!

If you think you're the family that Forest is looking for, please apply to adopt him today! You can submit your adoption application for Forest or any of the pets at CCHS right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, with an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Forest, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
