Illinois Senator Barack Obama beat rival Hillary Rodham Clinton in Wisconsin's Democratic presidential primary, giving Obama his ninth victory in a row.Wisconsin wasn't expected to be a pivotal state in the nomination process, coming two weeks after Super Tuesday. But it could prove to be a key win for Obama as he increases his lead in delegates over Clinton and continues to hold the momentum.
Senator John McCain soundly beat back a spirited effort from long-shot candidate Mike Huckabee to win the Republican primary.
Clark County voters actually swung for McCain's revival, Mike Huckabee. Huckabee had 1,470 votes to 973 for McCain. Obama won Clark County 2,613 to 2,233.
