Man Arrested After Execution of a Search Warrant in Wood County Appears in Court

A man arrested after the execution of a search warrant in Wood County appeared in Wood County Court on Monday.

Back on July 12th, the Wood County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in the Village of Biron, Wood County, and quantities of suspected Methamphetamine, Heroin, and Marijuana were seized from inside the residence.

This residence is a rental property located at the intersection of 31st Street North and Wolosek Ave. This is the 4th search warrant the Wood County Sheriff’s Department has executed at this residence in just over a year.

Individuals continue to maintain this residence as a drug trafficking residence even as the initial renter remains in jail in connection to selling controlled substances in 2022. Four individuals were taken into custody on July 12th for different criminal charges depending on each individual’s involvement in the investigation: Mayta Montelongo, Gary Anderson Sr, Eugene Kelly, Tracy Stuntzner.

Tracy Stuntzner appeared in court on Monday. She’s facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping. She entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her. She’s scheduled to be back in court on January 26th.
