Have you ever wanted to serve on a state council, committee or task force? Now might be the time.State Representatives Scott Suder (R-Abbotsford) and Terry Musser (R-Black River Falls) are urging area people to apply for the positions, which are appointed by Governor Doyle.
There are nearly two-hundred such bodies that meet at designated times throughout the year to analyze, discuss, and provide guidance on a number of issues that affect Wisconsin. Appointees are typically reimbursed for travel and expenses for meetings throughout the state.
