(Mike Leischner, WSAU) A Wausau teen who is said to be involved in a shooting last summer will go to trial.
According to Mike Leischner with WSAU, Nicholas Multani was bound over by a Marathon County judge on Wednesday, accused of multiple counts of recklessly endangering safety through use of a firearm and being a felon in possession of a handgun for the late July incident.
Investigators say he was involved in an argument outside a west-side home, then fired a gun at the dwelling and took off. Officers didn't find him at the scene but immediately named him as a suspect.
He was found two months later passed out in a vehicle in Racine, where he was arrested for obstructing an officer. He'll enter a plea for the Marathon County charges at a later date.
