Marshfield Man Charged with 7th OWI Appears in Wood County Court

A Marshfield man charged with his 7th OWI appeared in Wood County Court on Monday.

Back in July, a Wood County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a vehicle operating left of center in the Township of Lincoln. A traffic stop was conducted. Inside of the vehicle were open intoxicants. After further investigation, Phil D. Rozek, of Marshfield, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 7th offense.

Rozek is facing charges of 7th OWI, 7th operating with a PAC, operating while revoked, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install. During his arraignment, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on December 7th.
