Man Arrested for 7th Operating Under the Influence

Around 3:16pm on Saturday, September 30th, a man was pulled over on N. Peach Avenue and E. Ives Street in Marshfield.

According to the Marshfield Police Department, during the stop, the driver showed indicators of impairment and was subjected to field sobriety testing. He was subsequently placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence 7th Offense. A search of his vehicle was conducted and drug paraphernalia was located.

He was transported to the MMC ER for a legal blood draw and medical clearance. Following medical clearance he was transported to the Wood County Jail. Charges will be requested through the Wood County District Attorney's Office.
