Marshfield Rotary Winter Wonderland Looking for Volunteers to Move Lights/Decorations to the Park

The Marshfield Rotary Winter Wonderland is looking for some help moving all of the lights, decorations, and more things down to the Zoo to start set-up for Season 18.

The event is being held on Wednesday, October 11th starting at 4:30pm. If you wish to help, please "RSVP as Going" if you are able to attend. For now, please plan to report to 2515 W. Veterans Parkway (the shed) to help with loading the first truck(s). Please bring WORK/GARDEN GLOVES if you have them, wear close-toed shoes and dress appropriate for the weather in clothes you wouldn't mind potentially getting a little dirty. You may also be asked to go to the zoo to help unload the trucks once they're on their way.

As the event gets closer, they will post any updates on this event so before you head out to help them, you may want to check in here to see if plans/locations have changed. Grab a friend and come down! Many hands make light work.

Their goal will be to have pizzas to both locations around 6:15pm - hopefully between truck loads being picked up/delivered. They usually try to have everything unloaded by 8PM. Join us for whatever duration of that time you are able to.
