Clark County Board Hears Annual Reports & Approves Wage Contracts

The Clark County Board of Supervisors heard several reports at their meeting on Thursday.

The Board heard the 2022 Audit Report, the Clark County Economic Development Report, the 2022 Emergency Management Report, and the 2022 Law Enforcement Annual Report. The Board also approved appointments to the Local Emergency Planning Committee and the Mead Lake District. The Board also approved the Clark County Supplemental Benefits Proposal and raising the Sportsman Lake Watershed Improvement Fund Cap to $500,000.

The Board also approved the 2024 non-union base wage increase and approved the ratification of the collective bargaining agreement between Clark County and the local teamster unions. However, the wage increase was amended from 3% to 2%.
