Increased Police Presence in the City of Neillsville the Week of September 24th

Across the city, Neillsville strives to create environments where inclusiveness is fostered, respected, and uplifted.

The safety and well-being of all residents and students of the Neillsville School District are prioritized. Unfortunately, the 2022 high school homecoming incidents jeopardized these commitments.

As a result of the 2022 events, the city has hired additional law enforcement officers from other jurisdictions to assist the Neillsville Police Department the week of September 24th.  Do not be alarmed by the increased police presence.

These officers will be on hand to keep the peace and maintain all citizens' and visitors' safety and well-being.
