Butter Pecan is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Butter Pecan

Age: 8-Weeks-Old

Breed: Australian Shepherd Mix

Meet Butter Pecan, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Butter Pecan came to CCHS when she and her siblings (Rocky Road, Cookies & Cream, Toasted Almond Fudge, Chocolate Chip and Moose Tracks) needed to find new homes. She is 8 weeks old and is an Australian Shepherd mix.

She has a pretty medium-haired black and white coat that's a little fluffy, too. Butter Pecan is a happy girl with a positive outlook on life. She loves attention and gets along well with everybody. She's excited for new adventures with her new family to begin!

You can submit your adoption application for Butter Pecan or any of the pets at CCHS right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt. We have an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens right now, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with our animals during any of our open hours!

Please join us for the 1st Annual Clark County Community, Crafts & Causes event! It will be held on Saturday, September 30th, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Neillsville. There will be lots of craft vendors, raffles and food.

CCHS will be there with information about the Shelter and FixaPet. Stop by for some great shopping and support wonderful causes, too! More information is available on the CCHS website.

You can learn more about, and adopt, Butter Pecan, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
