Wisconsin's Cranberry Harvest Expected to Exceed 2022

(Bob Hague, WRN) Wisconsin’s cranberry harvest is expected to exceed last year’s.
Projections from the US cranberry Marketing Committee indicate Wisconsin will see approximately 4.97 million barrels of cranberries harvested this fall, an increase of 150,000 barrels from last year. The Wisconsin Cranberry Growers Association said in a statement the state would end up producing roughly 60% of the nation's supply of cranberries.
Association Executive Director Tom Lochner noting Wisconsin's a global leader in Cranberry production, generating a billion dollars in economic impact and providing thousands of local jobs.
