According to court records, on March 9th of this year, Star Myers reported a missing person to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. However, the Department had received reliable information that the missing person was actually dead due to foul play. Human remains were found on a property on County Highway O/State Highway 27 near Black River Falls. Two people had told the Sheriff’s Department that Myers had shot the victim in the head because he’d been sleeping with other women.
Myers has denied killing the victim. She’s facing charges of 1st degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, a felon possessing a firearm, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent-cocaine, possession with intent-fentanyl, and possession with intent-amphetamine.
