Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville Congratulates Kaysie Schindler on Her Sunflower Award

Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville sends out a big congratulations to Kaysie Schindler.

Kaysie is a patient access representative at Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville. This was Kaysie's second time being recognized with the Sunflower Award. Patients and staff often remark that Kaysie is a bright spot in their day, and we wholeheartedly agree.

When nominating Kaysie for the Sunflower Award, the patient wrote, "...She models a “sunflower” persona; always energetic, full of life, cheerful, and optimistic. A genuine ray of sunshine! I have a chronic condition requiring weekly visits to MMC-Neillsville...There is never a time I do not see people radiate to her."

"I am guilty of that myself. She fuels positivity. At one appointment, I commented to an R.N. how I loved Kaysie. Her response made me smile. She said, 'Everyone loves Kaysie.' ...With my condition, my breathing becomes strained with walking. I reflect on the very first time I checked in for an appointment with Kaysie."

She silently noticed my breathing and so caringly directed me to take my time to 'catch my breath,; never imparting a need to rush me through. Her aura of calmness is an impeccable trait that can’t be taught but is a gift in her role at the clinic."

"Going forward at check-in, she quickly expedites the process to circumvent my breathing strain. 'A single sunflower can brighten up a whole room, just like a true friend can brighten up your whole life.'
