Black River Falls Man Sentenced for Sexual Assault of a Child

A Black River Falls man was sentenced for sexual assault of a child.

Back in April, Casey Zillmer entered the pleas for three counts of child pornography possession, second-degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement. He was charged with 15 other counts, but those charges were read in and dismissed.

The judge ordered an investigation to be done before sentencing, including a psychosexual examination. On Tuesday, Zilmer was sentenced to seven years in state prison and five years of extended supervision.
