Marshfield's Newest Kwik Trip Opening Next Month

(Caitlin Shuda, Marshfield News Herald) The newest Kwik Trip in Marshfield is on track to open next month.

According to Caitlin Shuda with the Marshfield News Herald, a Kwik Trip representative confirmed the new site will open Aug. 10 near the intersection of State 13 and McMillan Street. Kwik Trip will host a ribbon cutting celebration at 10 a.m. Aug. 16, as well.

The new Marshfield location will be one of Kwik Trip’s new, larger stores at 9,000 square feet, the representative said. Customers will see the usual 10 pumps offering normal fuel, diesel and E-88. Because of the size of the lot, there will not be separate diesel pumps on the side. The new Marshfield location will also include a Choice Car Wash with the choice of touchless or soft touch washes.

Plans for the fourth Kwik Trip in the city have been in the works since February 2022 when the city’s Plan Commission approved annexing two parcels of land just north of the Wood County line from the town of McMillan to the city of Marshfield.
