Black River Falls FCCLA Members Attend National Leadership Conference

This past week, the Black River Falls School District had four students attend the FCCLA National Leadership Conference held in Denver, Colorado with the Middle School FCCLA Advisor Ms. Taylor Inches.

MaKayla Lopez and Frannie Everson presented their projects in the National STAR Event competition. Chapter President Lauren Bergerson and Chapter Secretary Natalie Gaier also attended to represent their chapter at the National Level.

Frannie received a silver for her project in Chapter in Review Portfolio. MaKayla received a silver for her project in Chapter Service Project Portfolio. The state of Wisconsin was also recognized for an increase in members, as the District’s High School chapter alone gained 25 members this past year.

The Middle school chapter also grew by an additional 5 members this past school year. The District is glad to see they enjoyed competing and exploring Colorado. They are proud of all their accomplishments in FCCLA this year and at the NLC.
