Jackson County Sheriff's Department Identifies Individual Killed in Rollover Crash

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department has identified the individual killed in a rollover crash this past Saturday.

According to the Department, the crash occurred on County Road C in the Town of Franklin around 2:10pm. 55-year-old Kevin Mitskogen of Black River Falls was killed in the accident.

The crash remains under investigation, but it appears a wild animal have contributed to the crash.
