Nina is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Nina

Age: 3.5-Years-Old

Breed: Mix Breed

What a cutie! Meet Nina, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Nina is a 3 1/2 month old Mixed Breed puppy. She weighs 23# and came to CCHS from another overcrowded Shelter in Tennessee. She has the cutest black and white markings, with a black patch over her left eye.

She has black ears too, and lots of speckles! Nina is a typical puppy, with a happy outlook on life. She's full of love, not to mention spit and vinegar too! She's ready for lots of playtime and adventures with her new family. She's young enough to learn everything you want to teach her about how to be a good dog when she grows up.

She's ready to go home with her new family anytime! You can submit your adoption application for Nina (or any of the pets at CCHS) on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt. We have an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens right now, so be sure to check them all out!

Would you ever think that your old shoes could help CCHS pay for a well water pump? Well they can! Our team is participating in a fundraiser with funds2orgs.com. We are looking for community members to help us by collecting gently worn, used and new shoes.

These shoes will help support our program as well as individuals in developing nations like Ghana, Haiti and Cambodia. Shoes can be dropped off at CCHS when we're open or can be left outside the front door at any time. CC Resale (815 Hewett St) in Neillsville is also a collection point and shoes can be left there between 9:30 am - 11:30 am on Saturday's. Thank you for helping!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Suzie, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
