Several Granton FFA Members Have Great Performance at State Convention

Several Granton FFA members had a great performance at the recent State Convention.

Congratulations to Alexis Pongratz on being named a Three Star Leader at the State Convention based on her outstanding leadership as the 2022-23 chapter President. Emma Woller had a solo in the song “Bridge Over Troubled Water”.

She will also be applying to participate in the National Choir. Returning choir members Emma, Tori, and Alexis were also recognized on stage. Congratulations to Anna Kayhart on winning 2nd place in the 9-12th grade 3D category of the Ag Artwork Contest.

Tori Seif’s chapter scrapbook also made it into the top 6 in the state. Granton was also recognized on stage as a Gold Rated National Chapter and placed 9th in the area of Building Communities. Their application will advance to nationals for further judging.
