Monday, June 19th, 2023 -- 12:01 PM
The Clark County Board of Supervisors discussed an appointment at their recent meeting.
The appointment was to the Human Services Ad Hoc Committee. In the end, the appointment was not approved. It will be on the next agenda as a resolution. The Board also heard a report from the Clark County Library Committee and heard the 2022 Health Department Annual Report.
One item that was on the agenda, regarding distribution of proceeds from the sale of tax delinquent property to the former owner, was removed from the agenda because the Public Property Committee did not approve it.
The Board also approved Hemlock Mennonite Cemetery Plat, approved a resolution supporting to modernize and improve the Wisconsin Farmland Preservation Program, approved a resolution supporting to provide $18.7 million in stable, core funding support for County Conservation Department staffing, and approved Clark County Personnel policies.
They also approved the 1st reading of an ordinance that would make amendments to the County’s Renewable Energy Systems Ordinance.
