Black River Falls Man Sentenced of Operating with a PAC in Monroe County

A Black River Falls man arrested for operating while intoxicated was sentenced in Monroe County Court.

According to court records, back in February of 2021, a State Patrol Trooper pulled over Kevin Conant on Artic Road at high EW for an illegal muffler and deviating from his lane of traffic. Conant failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

Conant was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, 7th offense operating with a PAC. Several other charges were dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion. He was sentenced to four years in state prison and four years of extended supervision.
