Dane County Judge Says Gableman's Office Must Continue to Retain All Records

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) Michael Gableman's elections investigation office has lost another court decision, even though it's no longer in operation.

Dane County Judge Michael Frost ruled on Monday that the now-shuttered Office of Special Counsel must keep retaining records of its investigations into the 2020 presidential election. He also ruled that any future investigations authorized by the legislature would be subject to open records requests.

Frost had already ordered the office to retain records and that it would have to do so without having the public request them first.
