Clark County Humane Society Pet of the Week: Fledge

Meet Fledge, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Fledge came to CCHS from another overcrowded Shelter in Texas. She's a super cute girl who is 12 weeks old and weighs about 15#. She has a short-haired black and tan coat with cute little eye spots and very striking markings.

 

She is a Mixed Breed, and we aren't sure what's all mixed in there, and she's not telling us either. Fledge is just a puppy, so she's full of hope for the future. She loves to play as you can see in her pictures, followed by a good nap on a soft blankie.

 

She just wants to find the perfect new family to spend all of her time with. You can submit your adoption application for Fledge (or any of the pets at CCHS) on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt. Would you ever think that your old shoes could help CCHS pay for a well water pump? Well they can! Our team is participating in a fundraiser with funds2orgs.com. We are looking for community members to help us by collecting gently worn, used and new shoes.

 

These shoes will help support our program as well as individuals in developing nations like Ghana, Haiti and Cambodia. Shoes can be dropped off at CCHS when we're open or can be left outside the front door at any time. CC Resale (815 Hewett St) in Neillsville is also a collection point and shoes can be left there between 9:30 am - 11:30 am on Saturday's. Thank you for helping!
