Clark County Law Enforcement Collect Over 500lbs of Drugs on Prescription Drug Take Back Day

The Clark County Sheriff’s Department had a successful Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.

The locations for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day which were monitored on Saturday recorded the following weights:

  • Neillsville: 86.8 lbs;
  • Owen: 30 lbs;
  • And Greenwood: 46.8 lbs.

Weight of the following locations which have a permanent take back box:

  • Abby/Colby: 89 lbs;
  • Thorp: 155 lbs,
  • Clark County Sheriff's Office (Neillsville): 116.4 lbs.

The grand total for all drugs taken between Drug Take Back Day, and the permanent take back boxes: 523.8 lbs.
