VETERANS HONORED AT NEILLSVILLE SCHOOL CEREMONY

Monday morning, Neillsville 4K-12th graders and St. John's Lutheran School students gathered in the high school field house for a Veterans Day ceremony.Colors were presented by members of the Neillsville American Legion and VFW and a keynote address was given by Nancy Olson, whose husband, Todd, was killed in Iraq three years ago.
Olson said we "owe an unrepayable debt" to veterans, dating back to those that fought in the Revolutionary War.
The Neillsville High School Band played a number of patriotic numbers, including God Bless America, The Star Spangled Banner and Taps.
