Forward Bank Donates to Owen-Withee School District's Public Safety Building Project

Forward Bank has donated $50,000 to support the Owen-Withee School District Public Safety Building project.

This project has received a FEMA Grant for the public safety building to be constructed and offered as part of the community severe weather shelter options. Community support for the project has been high, and numerous businesses and individuals contributed to bring this project to fruition. Recognition for all the donors will be announced shortly.

“This has been a great project to see Forward Bank support in our community,” commented Sara Blume, Mortgage Lender at Forward Bank in Withee. “The public safety building created because of the FEMA grant and support from the community will house additional classroom space and necessary common areas. We will also be proud to shelter community members in case of severe weather, making the Owen-Withee communities an even safer place to live and work.”
