Black River Falls Man Pleads Guilty To Five Felony Counts Related To Child Sexual Assault

A Black River Falls man pleads guilty to five felony counts related to having child sexual assault materials and assault of a child.

Casey Zillmer was in court on Friday and entered the pleas for three counts of child pornography possession, second-degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement. He was charged with 15 other counts, but those charges were read in and dismissed.  

The judge ordered an investigation to be done before sentencing, including a psychosexual examination.  That investigation is due on June 30.   Sentencing is scheduled for July.
