Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hires New Director of Programs and Engagement

The Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry has hired a new Director of Programs and Engagement.

Lea Merkel, the new hire, said, “I look forward to serving the Marshfield community through the chamber’s events and programs. I have a master’s degree in leadership with a bachelor’s in business administration."

"My diverse employment background includes education administration, account management, along with event and program coordination. Growing up in Marshfield and raising a son here, I realize the importance of community and serving the needs of others.”

She continued, “I think it is deeply important to continue to enhance what Marshfield has to offer not only through the Chamber, but through all the partnerships built within our community leaders, schools, and organizations."
