Lodi Man Facing Bestiality Charge Appears in Court

A 60-year-old Lodi man accused of bestiality appeared in Marathon County Court on Tuesday.

Frederick Pfeffer is facing a charge of bestiality. According to court records, the state says the incident was caught on video. The man denied the claim and stated he was just trying to get the dog away. Pfeffer has been ordered to have no contact with animals.

Pfeffer is currently free on a $5,000 cash bond. During his arraignment on Tuesday he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on May 2nd.
