Alice In Dairyland Puts Together Wisconsin Cheese Bracket

If your March Madness bracket is already busted, Taylor Schaefer, the 75th Alice in Dairyland, has a different kind of bracket challenge for some low-stakes fun.  

WKBT-TV reports that the state's agriculture ambassador has put together a Wisconsin cheese bracket to celebrate the variety of cheeses the state's over 12 hundred cheesemakers craft each day.   Wisconsin makes over 600 types of cheese but Schaefer's simplified her bracket to a Top 16.   Some of the types still in the running are gouda, and of course, cheese curds. 

If you want to join the bracket challenge to vote a favorite cheese through, just look up Alice in Dairyland on Instagram. The champion will be crowned at the end of the month.
