Pet of the Week: Oso
Wednesday, February 8th, 2023 -- 12:02 PM
Oso is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls and Northwood Vet Service of Black River Falls.
Name: Oso
Age: 1-Year-Old
Breed: Mixed, Possibly Shiba Inu and Husky
Meet Oso, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Oso had been found as a stray in the Dorchester area. The family that found him really wanted to keep him, but their landlord said no. So he came to CCHS to find a new family. This handsome boy is about a year old and weighs 56.5#.
Oso is super good-looking with a red and white coat. He's got pointy ears, brown eyes, and a curly tail, too. We're not sure exactly what breed he is, but he looks to be a mix of Shiba Inu and maybe Husky. We do know for sure that Oso is a smart boy!
He is also very active and is ready for the next chapter in his adventures to begin. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion to brighten up your days, Oso could be your boy! You can submit your adoption application for Oso (or any of the pets at CCHS) right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/
Did you know that now is the purrfect time to adopt a new feline friend? We are very excited that adoption fees for cats and kittens have been sponsored for the entire month of February! That means you can take home an awesome new kitty (or 2!) for $0! Standard adoption policies and procedures will still apply.
Stop in to meet all of our fabulous felines and "Find Your Purrfect Love" during February! You can learn more about, and adopt, Oso, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
