Pet of the Week: Cora
Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 -- 12:02 PM
Cora is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls.
Name: Cora
Age: 6-Years-Old
Breed: Short-Haired Brown Tabby
Cora is the CCHS Pet of the Week! Cora is a 6-year old spayed female cat. She came to CCHS when her person had to go to an assisted living facility. Cora is a very pretty girl with a short-haired Brown Tabby coat. She weighs 12#. Cora is used to a quiet household where she was the only pet.
She is quite unassuming, although she does like to play with small cat toys. She is a sweet girl looking for love and a soft bed to snuggle in. We have an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens at CCHS right now.
There's sure to be something for everybody, so check them all out! You can submit your adoption application for Cora (or anybody else!) on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/ applying-to-adopt.
As the year comes to a close, it's always the time to reflect on the past year. 2022 brought lots of animals to CCHS, and we had so many amazing adoptions. Over 3,200 spay/neuter surgeries were performed in our FixaPet Program, along with lots of wellness exams and vaccinations.
We are so happy to be helping so many animals! But we couldn't do it without all of the awesome staff and volunteers at CCHS, along with so many members and supporters who help us everyday. By everyone caring and working together, we truly are making a difference for so many animals. We are very grateful for everybody and everything!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope 2023 is a great year for everyone!
