EAU CLAIRE MAN CHARGED IN MARSHFIELD MAN'S O.D. DEATH

An Eau Claire man is charged with reckless homicide for his role in supplying a Marshfield man with the drug he apparently overdosed on.26-year-old Martin Helms? mother found him dead in his room on September 4th.
Todd Voss, 45, faces up to 80 years in prison and fines totaling $250,000 if convicted on charges of 1st degree reckless homicide, first degree reckless injury and delivery of schedule I or II narcotics.
He?s accused of delivering the opiate methadone, a drug used for the treatment of narcotic withdrawal and dependence.
