GreenLight Metals Asked for More Info on Drilling Plan

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) The Department of Natural Resources wants more information from a mining company before they'll allow test drilling in central Wisconsin.
The Wausau Pilot and Review reports that the agency told GreenLight Metals to resubmit their drilling plan to address numerous clarifications. The DNR says GreenLight has provided contradictory information on environmental impacts, where they'll be getting the water to drill with, and whether or not they'll be selling timber from the drill site.
GreenLight is working a gold deposit in the town of Easton in Marathon County, and would likely be an open pit mine if it was approved.
