If your child visited the Neillsville Library in May and was given a toy, you might want to toss it. The Clark County Press reports the Bendable Dog and Cat toys that were given to kids in May have been recalled because of excessive levels of lead, which is banned under federal law. So far, no incicdents have been reported, still, Fun Express Inc., who manufactures the toy, is urging parents to throw away the toy.
