Medford Man Facing Charges for Death of Passenger in Clark County Crash

A Medford man has been charged for a fatal crash in Clark County.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call regarding a crash at about 3:13pm, on Monday November 14th. The initial investigation indicates an SUV was northbound on Highway 13 when the operator lost control of his vehicle on a bridge while passing a tractor hauling a manure tanker.
The SUV entered the west ditch, went over a driveway and struck a tree, coming to rest on its side. The driver, 32-year-old Patrick Davis of Medford, and two passengers, 25-year-old Susan Sherwood and 41-year-old Serapio V. Terrones III, were transported by the Central Fire and Ambulance Service and Taylor County Ambulance to the Marshfield Medical Center with serious injuries.
One female passenger, 25-year-old Tracy Anderson of Medford, was pronounced dead at the scene. Davis is facing charges of knowingly operating a motor vehicle while revoked -cause death of another, knowingly operate motor vehicle while revoked -cause great bodily harm to another, knowingly operate motor vehicle while revoked -cause great bodily harm to another, and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Davis is scheduled to be back in court on December 13th.
