New Director of Nursing at Aspirus Stanley Hospital

Debbie Harris, RN, is the new Director of Nursing at Aspirus Stanley Hospital.
In her role, she will provide oversight to nursing and patient care operations at Aspirus Stanley Hospital which serves residents of Clark, Chippewa, and Taylor Counties. Harris joins the patient care team at Aspirus Stanley Hospital after serving as the Clinical Program Director for the Wound & Hyperbarics program at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
While at Aspirus Riverview, the Wound & Hyperbarics program was named a Center of Distinction by Healogics, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services. To earn the award, Aspirus Riverview Wound & Hyperbarics excelled in clinical key performance areas that include patient satisfaction and wound healing rates.
Harris has more than 13 years of executive leadership experience in assisted living administration, specializing in creating thriving health care organizations, leaders, and teams equipped to exceed the needs of those they serve.
She has been a registered nurse since 2004. “I am honored for this opportunity to work alongside our dedicated staff who are committed to rural healthcare,” said Harris. “I am excited to positively support, inspire, and strengthen our teams so we can continue to meet the present and future needs of our communities.”
Harris is currently in pursuit of higher education through Western Governors University. She enjoys spending time with her three children, is an active member of her church and pursues a healthy and active lifestyle by running endurance races, hiking, working out and creating her own “green juice.”
