Wausau Man Charged For Pointing Gun At Another Driver

A Wausau man was charged for pointing a gun at another driver.
According to the authorities, the incident began around noon this past Saturday. 56-year-old Todd Pranke stated that he was cut off by another vehicle on Highway 29 at the Highway 73 ramp in Clark County. Further down 29, Pranke said the other driver slowed down to 55mph and misted Pranke’s vehicle by turning on his windshield wipers. The driver of the other vehicle stated that Pranke pointed a gun at him when he passed. Pranke stated he pointed a phone at the other driver because he was going to call the police and record the driver. Police didn’t find a phone in the vehicle, but they did find gun.
Pranke is facing charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, endangering safety and disorderly conduct after he’s accused of pointing a gun at another driver. He’s free on a $10,000 signature bond. He’s scheduled to be back in court on November 7th.
