Gableman Represents Harry Wait in Wisconsin Voter Fraud Case

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) Former state supreme court justice Mike Gableman has found himself a new job, representing a man who's confessed to voter fraud.

On Monday, Gambleman appeared in Racine County Court to represent Harry Wait, who has confessed to misusing the state's online voting system to falsely request ballots for two politicians.

State justice officials brought charges of election fraud and identity theft against Wait earlier this month. Wait says he wants to get rid of the online voting program because it's illegal and insecure, and says he committed fraud to prove it could be done.

Gableman was formerly in charge of Assembly Speaker Robin Vos's elections investigation, which spent over a million dollars of tax funding to turn up no evidence of voter fraud.
