Two Prominent Case IH Farm Equipment Dealerships in Wisconsin Join Forces

Sunday, September 11th, 2022 -- 8:01 AM

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) Two prominent Case IH farm equipment dealerships in Wisconsin have joined forces. Johnson Tractor announced it has acquired Value Implement.

According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, the deal was finalized on September 1, which brings the combined total locations between the two companies to nine, three in Illinois and six in Wisconsin.

"We are proud to continue our growth by adding the Value Implement locations into the Johnson Tractor family of dealerships," said Johnson Tractor CEO Eric Reuterskiold. "This acquisition will allow us to expand the 'Land to Lawn' customer centric values to the employees and customers in west central Wisconsin."

Johnson Tractor was founded in 1980 after Ray Johnson and his son, Leo, bought the former Clinton Implement in Darien. It has since expanded its store locations into Janesville and Juda, as well as Rochelle, Amboy and Harvard, Illinois.

The newly acquired Value Implement locations were located in Osseo, Menomonie, Arcadia and Baldwin. In addition to Case IH, the dealership sells New Holland and Kubota, as well as many other short line manufacturing products.
