In a recent report, the online learning provider Preply ranked the 200 best small college towns in America.  These Wisconsin cities are among the best small college towns in America:

• La Crosse (ranked the 4th small college town in the nation),
• Oshkosh (16th),
• Green Bay (35th),
• Stevens Point (58th),
• Eau Claire (111),
• Whitewater (113)
• And Kenosha (155).

Preply considered 13 different variables of cities with university students across three categories: wallet friendliness, social environment, and economic opportunities.

With data points, each town has been given a total score, with the best score being 100, representing the quality of the small college town for students to live and work after graduation.
