Spencer Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography Appears in Clark County Court

A Spencer man arrested for possession of child pornography appeared in Clark County Court on Monday.

According to court records, Jeremy Henaman was arrested after the Clark County Sheriff’s Department worked alongside the internet crimes against children task force.

Both agencies had received tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Henaman is facing two counts of possession of child pornography.

During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found and his court proceedings will continue. He also entered a not guilty plea to the counts against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on September 12th.
