A Wood County man arrested after fire crews noticed drug activity in his home appeared in Wood County Court.
Back in May, fire crews were dispatched to a home in the Village of Port Edwards. A search warrant was executed after the fire crew noticed signs of drug activity in the home.
The search turned up large amounts of cocaine, meth, and marijuana along with other drug-related items and the owner, Talon Keyser, was arrested. Keyser is facing charges of possession with intent-THC, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
During his arraignment on Wednesday, probable cause was found, so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on October 7th.
