Individual Arrested in Marshfield for OWI

An individual was arrested in Marshfield for OWI.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop around 10:25pm on S. Peach Ave. and E. 6th Street. During the stop, an open container of alcohol was located in the vehicle.

Field sobriety tests were conducted and the operator of the vehicle was arrested for OWI 1st offense. During a search of the vehicle, two empty alcohol bottles were located as well as two bags containing a green plant material which later tested positive for the presence of THC.
