Owen Man Charged With Sexual Assault of a Child Appears in Clark County Court

An Owen man charged with sexually assaulting a child appeared in Clark County Court.

According to court records, back in 2019, a girl stated that Jerry Graham had assaulted her at a sleepover with Graham’s daughter. Graham told her not to tell anyone. The investigation into the incident was started again after the victim’s father asked about the status of the case.

During his arraignment on Thursday, Graham entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on July 28th.
